Q: How long does shipping take for physical products like the planner or merch?
A: Shipping typically takes 7–10 business days depending on the item and your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships!

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S.—but we’re working on expanding!


📩 Digital Products & Downloads

Q: Where do I find my digital download?
A: After checkout, you’ll get an email with a download link. Be sure to check your spam folder too, just in case!

Q: I didn’t get my download. What should I do?
A: Email us at support@definingmyway.com and we’ll resend it to you ASAP. We got you.


🗓️ Coaching Sessions & Programs

Q: How do I book a 1:1 session like “Get Paid with DBA”?
A: You can book sessions using this link. Pick a time that works for you, and you’ll get confirmation + Zoom info in your email after checkout.

Q: Is Mommy’s Making Moves self-paced or live?
A: It’s self-paced so you can start your glow-up on your own time, mama!
