🕒Processing Time
In-Stock Physical Products: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Custom or Print-on-Demand Items: Some of our products are made just for you. These may take a little longer to create before shipping. Estimated processing times will be shown on the product page when possible.
Preorders: If an item is marked as a preorder, please allow additional processing and shipping time. Updated estimates will be shared on the product page and via email once your preorder is placed.
🚚Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (U.S. only): Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items (for example, a planner and a T-shirt), they may arrive separately depending on the fulfillment source.
💻Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately or within 24 hours after successful payment.
You’ll receive access on the Thank You page after checkout and by email (check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it right away).
🧾Preorders
Preorder items are made to order. Estimated processing and shipping timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.
Please note that preorder dates are subject to change based on supplier or production timelines, but we’ll always keep you updated.
📫Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Deliveries
Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
We’re happy to assist with guidance, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
