Make it yours. Add a personalized back with your player's number under the crab and the CHS Field Hockey banner below it.

  • Front design only: the design as shown
  • Front + personalized back: +$10 per shirt

How ordering works

  1. Pick your shirt color and size.
  2. Choose your design option and enter your player's number.
  3. Check your proof. We send you the final design before anything prints.
  4. Approve it, and your shirt goes into production.

Good to know

  • Every shirt is made to order after you approve your proof. Please allow production and shipping time.
  • Every shirt in one order has the same details. Need a different number, or a mix of front-only and personalized backs? Add each version to your cart separately.
  • Designs print exactly as confirmed, so double-check the number before you approve.
  • Different school or mascot? Send us a message and we'll talk through a custom option.
