Many of us were taught that exhaustion equals responsibility — that if we’re tired all the time, it means we’re doing life right. But sis… exhaustion is not the goal.

Burnout happens when your life is built around urgency instead of intention.


Burnout Is a Design Problem — Not a Productivity Problem

Most moms don’t need more discipline. They need a better design.

Your time is your currency. Your energy is your revenue. And when both feel chaotic, your nervous system never gets to rest.

I’ve had seasons where I looked productive from the outside — but internally I was running on fumes. I kept telling myself I’d rest later. But later kept moving.

Everything shifted when I realized my life was built around reacting… not intention.
